2022 Summer Escalator Upgrade
The building escalators connecting the plaza and lobby level entrances are currently under construction. To access the lobby from the plaza level, tenants and visitors will need use the elevators located in the parking garage. Pedestrians can enter the garage on the plaza level on either side of the construction area and follow the signs to the elevator lobby.
Construction is estimated to continue through the end of August.
Useful Tenant Amenities:
The 200 Market Building secured bike room located on the plaza level is now a free amenity
to all current tenants of the building. Please contact the Property Management Office, 503-228-8666 ext 105 for more information or stop by the security desk in the lobby.
